Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (TBD).
• Minimum TBD years of experience in financial services operations, loan operations, or a related environment.
• Pre-employment screening and periodic background checks completed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new applications quickly.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation to confirm it meets applicable compliance, audit, and funding or pre-funding requirements.
• Validate that executed documents are consistent with documented approvals and required terms.
• Perform quality review and approval of new loan bookings, renewals, and modifications within the applicable loan system.
• Perform quality review and approval of loan funding activity, including wires, payments, and rate updates, as applicable.
• Follow documented procedures and complete work in accordance with required controls and service standards.
• Use multiple loan and supporting systems to complete end-to-end quality review and approvals.
• Communicate with processing teams to clarify missing, inconsistent, or incomplete submission items and resolve exceptions.
• Track and manage daily workload to meet service level expectations and individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in manager-assigned projects and contribute to process improvements and best practices.
• Work occasional overtime as needed to support business needs and daily deadlines.
