Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of FCRA.
• Excellent computer skills – MS Word, Excel and Internet.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task.

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Review leads for accuracy under FCRA and policy.
• Ensure lead notes are clear, concise and error-free.
• Participate in dispute processes when required.
• Note missing documents in internal case notes.
• Act as subject matter expert to teammates and partners.
• Ensure processes comply with federal guidelines.
• Assist in training junior staff during onboarding.
• Review vendor work and guide improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and reliable attendance.
• Provide courteous candidate service and explain documents.
• Monitor inventory levels daily with leadership.
