Job summary

Cisive is seeking a Client Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering exceptional support and a seamless customer experience. The role requires a hybrid work arrangement in Quezon City with a night shift schedule.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in client relations, background screening experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of client relations experience.
• Background Screening and/or pre-employment screening experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; secondary education degree preferred.
• Self-motivated and proactive with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats in a service queue environment; outbound contacts as needed.
• Ensure client orders and information requests are delivered on time and SLAs are met.
• Escalate issues/questions to appropriate internal resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests efficiently.
• Be proficient in internal Cisive systems and client SOPs; complete trainings as assigned.
