Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course.
• Excellent computer skills – MS Word, Excel and Internet.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to partner effectively with various business partners.
• Receptive to coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review and release leads to clients using knowledge of FCRA, client matrices, and Cisive policy.
• Ensure lead reporting is accurate and notes are clear and concise.
• Participate in the dispute process as directed by management.
• Note missing requirements in internal case notes.
• Ensure processes meet applicable federal guidelines.
• Review work by vendors and support teams for accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and reliable attendance.
• Proactively address inventory levels daily through coordination with leadership.
