Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience (Junior or early Mid).
• Experience with Advanced MD required.
• Basic knowledge of credentialing processes and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English speaker and phone voice.
• Reliable and willing to work night shift in Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Credentialing Specialist with applications for insurance networks and credentialing bodies.
• Ensure accuracy of credentialing documents, licenses, certifications, and insurance coverage.
• Monitor credentialing timelines and deadlines to meet payer requirements.
• Perform primary source verifications and maintain compliant records.
• Maintain credentialing data in software and MS Office; assist audits for HIPAA compliance.
• Act as liaison with providers, payers, and external entities to resolve issues.
• Prepare reports and summaries for Credentialing Manager; train new staff as needed.
