Job summary

Millennium Properties and Brokerage Incorporated in Pasig, Philippines seeks a meticulous Cost Accountant responsible for receiving, storing, and cost accounting in line with company standards. You will monitor supplier invoices, verify PO details, perform monthly inventory and cost reconciliation, and generate reports for management.

Requirements include a degree in accounting or related fields, strong F&B costing knowledge, and the ability to work quickly with accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, costing, and inventory systems.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy, confidentiality, and service excellence.
• Good interpersonal skills and immediate start availability.

• Monitor regularly all supplier invoices and counter check all details indicated in the purchase order.
• Conduct regular and spot-check on kitchen, restaurant and bar items including soon to expire items.
• Prepare regular reports as required by management.
• In-charge with monthly inventory and cost reconciliation.
• Ensure all Standard Operating Policies and Procedures are performed in all interactions.
• Maintain an efficient, organized work space that encourages productivity.

About the role

Responsible for receiving, storing, and cost accounting by ensuring all activities are conducted in adherence with company standards and procedures. Monitor supplier invoices and verify details against purchase orders. Conduct regular and spot-checks on kitchen, restaurant, and bar items, including expiration dates. Prepare regular reports as required by management. In charge of monthly inventory and cost reconciliation. Provide the highest level of service while maintaining standards. Ensure all Standard Operating Policies and Procedures are performed in all interactions. Maintain an efficient, organized work space that encourages productivity.
