Accor, a leading hospitality group, seeks a Cost Controller for F&B to manage cost calculations and pricing strategies in a luxury hotel environment.

You will oversee store management, inventories, and accurate transaction recording, ensuring month-end reconciliation with the general ledger. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential in monitoring variances and cost trends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and for short- and long-term F&B controlling and pricing planning.
• Effectively manage stores, ensuring inventory supplies meet hotel operation needs and transactions are recorded timely.
• Perform physical counts of storeroom stocks and month-end inventory; reconcile balances with general ledger.
• Report daily and monthly F&B costs with analysis on variances, cost of sales ratios, and slow-moving items.
• Prepare Cost Controller's Report.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Description

• Responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and also responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F&B controlling and pricing aspects.
• Effectively manage all stores, ensuring inventory supplies are sufficient to meet the Hotels operational requirements and that all transactions are accurately recorded on a timely basis.
• To perform the physical count of all storeroom stocks and month-end inventory, with final balances to be reconciled with the general ledger month-end balance.
• To report the daily and monthly F&B costs with emphasis and detailed analysis on exceptional variances such as trend of cost of sales ratios, slow moving items, breakage & loss, etc.
• Prepare Cost Controller's Report.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry preferably in luxury segment.
• Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, POS, Future Log or its equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
• Serviced oriented with an eye for details.
• Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.
