Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Junior Officer in Corporate Sales who will lead acquisition, development, and management of corporate partnerships to drive customer growth. You will work with Institutional Banking, Consumer Banking, and affiliate units to secure NTB opportunities and generate deposits, cards, and loan products.

Role involves building a robust corporate pipeline, engaging partners, and delivering high-quality client servicing.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling to corporate/institutional clients or financial products is preferred.
• Ability to build a sustainable pipeline and convert referrals into business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition and management of corporate partnerships to drive new business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, and referral channels.
• Oversee end-to-end corporate sales activities from prospecting to after-sales servicing.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies in sales operations and account administration.
• Develop and implement sales programs to strengthen client acquisition and deepen relationships.
• Monitor sales performance, trends, and opportunities to support business objectives.
