Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Junior Officer who will drive acquisition strategies through ecosystem partnerships to grow the bank's customer base and lift onboarding for lending products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure program approvals, develop campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure operationalization of partnerships across Consumer Banking. Strong market insight and negotiation skills are essential to translate strategy into executable programs.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in marketing strategies and/or sales programs in banking or fintech.
• Ability to link retail banking and credit card metrics to business outcomes.
• Strong program management and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute acquisition campaigns with partnerships.
