Job summary

Metrobank seeks a Junior Officer to drive growth through ecosystem partnerships and acquisition programs, representing the bank to external partners and delivering compelling value propositions to new-to-bank customers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure program approvals, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns, leveraging strong program management, analytical, and negotiation skills to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in conceptualizing, developing and managing marketing strategies and/or sales programs from banking, credit card/financial institutions, or FMCG companies.
• Ability to understand the different areas of retail bank and the credit card business and relate unit operations and financial metrics to the overall business.
• Excellent program management skills.
• Excellent analytical and process management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; Ability and confidence to negotiate.
• Has strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience in translating business strategies to excellent program execution.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development & Execution of Acquisition campaigns.
• Lead in establishing the consumer growth strategy through partnerships.
• Partnerships roadmap and prioritization; partnership goals and target setting.
• Ensure execution excellence in program management of initiatives led by the team.
• Campaign planning, tracking and reporting acquisition performance.
• Improve processes as necessary.
• Consolidated performance reporting across partnerships (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual).
• Partner Onboarding & Management: propose and prioritize partners; negotiate and lock in commercial deals.
• Partner Channel & Performance Management: develop acquisition strategies with partners; regular reporting on targets and performance; optimize channel.
