Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4 year Bachelor’s/College Degree, related to Business, Banking or Finance.
• Preferably with knowledge and experience in banking processes in loans and customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong written and oral communication; service oriented.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; willing to be assigned in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Manager in implementing loan transactions and customer servicing functions.
• Coordinate requests with appraisal, title verification, trade checking, and other units.
• Prepare documents needed to implement credit facilities.
• Monitor submission of documents and deficiencies to ensure completeness.
• Prepare statements, amortization schedules, interest payments, and other client requests.
• Prepare various unit requests (partial releases, collateral substitutions, etc.).
• Monitor loan repricing and maturity dates using mainframe reports.
• Service loan and trade transactions and coordinate with booking unit/clients.
• Prepare instruction sheets for RM/AO approval; type promissory notes.
• Review and send billing statements; ensure timely collection of dues.
• Prepare reports and provide information to RM/AO, Market Head, Team Head, Division Head.
