Job summary

The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Sales Associate to assist the Sales Officer in generating auto loan volume to attain profitability targets and contribute to the bank’s business growth.

Responsibilities include pre-screening and encoding applications, relaying approvals, answering inquiries, assisting with loan documents, and coordinating with dealer partners for orders and credit advice.

Responsibilities

• Pre-screen and encode applications within standard turn-around time.
• Assist Sales Officer in relaying approvals to clients, branches, dealers.
• Assist in answering inquiries from the channels being handled.
• Assist clients in signing loan documents for Direct Marketing accounts.
• Assist in follow-ups on accounts with pending approvals.
• Prepare the loan documents to be signed by the client for Direct Marketing accounts.
• Prepare and send the Purchase Order and Credit Advice for Dealer Financing to dealer partners.
