Job summary

The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to serve large and middle market corporate clients. You will cultivate trust, drive partnerships, and deliver timely financial solutions to grow profitability while ensuring an excellent client experience.

You will coordinate with Credit for loan packages, structure terms, and ensure proper documentation, all while complying with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferably with a degree in business-related discipline such as Banking, Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years’ experience banking experience serving corporate accounts
• Knowledge in markets, credit and lending, operations, credit policies, risk management and commercial banking products and services to enable cross-selling
• Knowledge of Philippines regulatory standards and compliance guidelines
• Knowledge of working with corporates clients
• Opportunities are open in Dagupan, Pangasinan and San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte

Responsibilities

• Cultivate trust and partnership with corporate clients and be designated as a top banker for existing or potential clients
• Grow portfolio profitability by providing timely and appropriate financial solutions
• Ensure positive customer experience with the bank and collaborate with product groups, channels, operations, legal and compliance
• Negotiate line terms, ensure complete documentation and support credit approvals
• Monitor loan portfolio credit quality and pursue recovery options when needed
