Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4 year Bachelor's/College Degree, related to Business, Banking or Finance.
• Preferably with knowledge and experience in banking processes in loans and customer service.
• Adept in the needed MS Office systems, good interpersonal relationship, oral and written communication skills, service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Manager in implementing loan transactions and customer servicing.
• Coordinate with other units for documentation and verifications.
• Prepare documents needed to implement credit facilities and loan approvals.
• Monitor submission of documents and deficiencies to ensure complete requirements.
• Prepare statements and reports for RM/AO and clients.
• Maintain orderly files for each account to facilitate monitoring.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
