The role emphasizes field engagement and strong relationship management with clients and local partners to grow lending activities. Responsibilities include identifying and soliciting loan accounts in the assigned area, collecting and validating documents, assessing funding structures, and supporting policy improvements under supervision of the Financial

Qualifications

Graduate with a 4-year degree, preferably in Finance/Management/Economics.
Previous sales experience is preferred but fresh graduates with sales acumen are welcome.
Familiarity with the branch community, markets, and local networks.
Willing to do field work (95% of the time).

Responsibilities

Identify, solicit and maintain desirable loan accounts in the assigned area.
Implement marketing strategies to achieve loan origination targets.
Gather, assess and validate loan documents and key business information for credit evaluation.
Assess funding structures suitable to client needs and loan purpose.
Proactively monitor accounts to maintain loan portfolio quality.
Suggest policy and guideline improvements for lending operations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervising Business Manager.
