Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in ECommerce, FinTech, Insurance, or Lending.
• Ability to work well with teammates and stakeholders in multicultural environments.
• Can maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Executes the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
• Manages the recruiting pipeline and fulfills hiring needs within timelines.
• Ensures accuracy and availability of recruitment records and reports.
