Job summary

HRTX is seeking an HR Reliever for a contract-based role at our Santo Tomas City Batangas location. You will support the HR department during peaks, handling recruitment, onboarding, record management, and HR project administration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR administrative or HR generalist role, ideally in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and workplace compliance standards.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with HR systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining HR records and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible, contract-based arrangement.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-service orientation.
• Preferred: Experience in a consulting or staffing environment, or exposure to diverse HR projects and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
• Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures across the organisation
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives
• Help coordinate employee relations activities and respond to routine HR enquiries
• Support the maintenance and updating of HR systems and databases
• Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks and employee documentation
• Support the organisation of HR training, development programmes, and employee engagement activities
• Contribute to HR compliance and documentation requirements
• Perform other HR administrative duties as required to support team objectives
