We are seeking an HR Reliever to join our team on a contract basis at our Santo Tomas City Batangas location. As an HR Reliever, you will provide essential support to our HR department during periods of high demand, staff absence, or project peaks. This is a flexible, contract-based position that plays a vital role in ensuring continuity of HR operations and maintaining service excellence. You will work closely with our HR team to deliver timely and effective people management support across the organisation.
Support the delivery of core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures across the organisation
Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives
Help coordinate employee relations activities and respond to routine HR enquiries
Support the maintenance and updating of HR systems and databases
Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks and employee documentation
Support the organisation of HR training, development programmes, and employee engagement activities
Contribute to HR compliance and documentation requirements
Perform other HR administrative duties as required to support team objectives
Proven experience in an HR administrative or HR generalist role, ideally in a consulting or corporate environment
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and workplace compliance standards
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with HR systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining HR records and documentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible, contract-based arrangement
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-service orientation
Preferred: Experience in a consulting or staffing environment, or exposure to diverse HR projects and clients
