Qualifications

• Experience in administration, data entry, or system support roles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to follow structured processes and procedures.
• Basic analytical capability to identify data inconsistencies.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Systems Administration and Data Management across CLMS, CRM, VendorPanel and eTendering.
• Ensure records are complete, structured consistently, and aligned across systems.
• Maintain data standards, naming conventions, and system protocols.
• Data entry for contractor onboarding, contracts, panels, and updates.
• Maintain traceability of data changes and governance compliance.
• Triaged and resolved contract-related enquiries via Zendesk.
• Backfill support for Contract Officers during peak periods.
