Job summary

Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Contract Maintenance and Compliance Analyst to manage IT vendor contracts, renewals and compliance. The role requires governance alignment, reporting, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

You will maintain contract inventories, monitor obligations, and support audits while seeking cost optimization opportunities and ensuring timely renewals and terminations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field.
• At least 2 years of IT industry experience in project management, contract management and vendor management.
• Knowledge of contract management, vendor management, project management, and IT solution delivery and operations.
• Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized inventory of all IT contracts including software, hardware and services.
• Ensure timely renewal, extension, or termination of contracts and licenses.
• Monitor adherence to contractual obligations and deliverables.
• Onboard/offboard assets under maintenance agreements and manage ecosystem changes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, bank governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Support vendor audits, compliance checks and licensing reviews.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and contract renegotiation possibilities.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on contract matters.
• Prepare and deliver reports on contract status, renewals, costs, usage and compliance.
• Manage contract-related or optimization projects with milestone delivery.

About the role

The Contract Maintenance and Compliance Contract Analyst is responsible for handling the day-to-day transactions ensuring that existing vendor contracts for IT software, hardware and services are active and renewed prior to expiration according to stakeholder requirements and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized and accurate inventory of all IT contracts, including software, applications, infrastructure, and service agreements
• Ensure timely renewal, extension, or termination of contracts, licenses, and subscriptions (Software, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hardware support)
• Monitor adherence to contractual obligations and deliverables related to rewards and training credits
• Facilitate onboarding/offboarding of assets under maintenance agreements (e.g., addition/removal of infrastructure devices)
• Ensure all contracts and activities comply with internal IT policies, bank governance standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in and support vendor audits, compliance checks, and licensing reviews
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, consolidation, or renegotiation of contracts
• Act as the coordination point with vendors and internal stakeholders for all contract-related matters
• Prepare and deliver regular and ad hoc reports on contract status, renewals, costs, usage, and compliance
• Manage assigned contract-related or optimization projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones

About you

• Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in the IT industry, project management, contract management and vendor management
• Knowledge of Contract Management, Vendor Management, Project Management, and IT Solution Delivery and Operations preferably in a banking/financial industry
• Excellent communication skills, as well as technical and legal writing skills
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills, with ability to work well with people of different ranks and roles
• Excellent analytical skills and effective negotiating skills
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office, collaboration tools and relevant applications
