Job summary

Harbor is seeking a Contracts Specialist in the Philippines to support procurement across the lifecycle, including contract reviews, redlining, and vendor governance. The role partners with the project team, in-house counsel, and procurement to drive timely, accurate contracts.

This hybrid role based in Makati City requires collaboration with stakeholders and flexible hours to accommodate US Central Time, with a strong emphasis on detail and process discipline.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of contract coordination and review experience.
• Experience processing NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS, data privacy, and licensing agreements.
• Experience redlining contracts independently or with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Tracks procurement lifecycle and maintains records.
• Triages requests and assigns matters to the appropriate resource.
• Support contract redlining and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Apply playbook standards to review and edit contract language.
• Liaise with in-house counsel, stakeholders, vendors, and procurement.
• Facilitate negotiations and communicate contractual risks.
• Manage pipeline of requests and assist with reporting.
• Ensure agreements are executed per policy and documentation stored.
