Job summary

WebBeds in the Philippines is seeking a Contract Loading Associate to support the global contracting teams by entering supplier contracts into our databases accurately and timely.

This entry-level role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and adherence to standard processes. You will handle contract entry, cost calculations, self-checks, and reporting while collaborating with Contract Managers and partners on queries, with hybrid work arrangements.

• Experience in data entry or administration.
• Travel industry or hotel background is beneficial.
• Accuracy, research skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Enter new supplier contracts for sale and updates into database systems.
• Calculate cost rates using basic mathematics.
• Self-check all entered work to maintain high accuracy.
• Meet turnaround times in line with SLAs.
• Follow department processes and raise queries when needed.
• Liaise with Contract Managers and suppliers to resolve queries.
• Identify workflow blockages and report them.
• Complete required department reports accurately.
• Provide general team support and participate in trainings.
• Deliver tasks assigned by Team Leader or Manager and meet targets.
