Job summary

Harbor is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our growing BOS in the Philippines. This hybrid role is based in Makati, with regular US Central Time hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM CT) and a focus on procurement lifecycle support from intake to execution.

You will coordinate contracts, redline where needed, and liaise with clients, vendors, and legal teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in contract coordination, including NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, and data privacy agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; LLB/JD preferred for stronger legal insight.
• 4+ years in contract coordination and review.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused with strong multitasking.
• Experience handling NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS, data privacy, and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Track procurement lifecycle from intake to execution with accurate records.
• Triage requests and assign matters to the appropriate resource.
• Support contract redlining and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Apply playbook standards to review and edit commercial contracts.
• Highlight risks and liaise with in-house counsel, stakeholders, vendors, and procurement.
• Facilitate negotiations and provide proactive status updates.
• Prepare meetings and reporting on progress and status of requests.
• Ensure agreements are executed per firm policy and documentation is stored.
• Support vendor governance and risk management.
