Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre in Cebu City seeks an experienced Continuous Improvement professional to lead process enhancements across the organisation. You will identify opportunities, measure efficiencies, and validate benefits while partnering with Operations and stakeholders to ensure successful completion of initiatives.

Responsibilities include establishing governance, rolling out CI forums, and coaching teams in Lean Six Sigma, RCA, and FMEA.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
7+ years relevant experience in process improvement; financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for improvement, measure process efficiencies and validate benefits.
Establish and maintain process governance and framework across the organisation.
Manage continuous improvement programs for the GSSC (e.g., Kaizen/Idea Generation).
Ensure CI approach is implemented top-down, bottom-up and cross-functional across the centre.
Partner with Operations to align and monitor initiatives to completion.
Roll-out and facilitate CI forums (Kaizen, CI, OE).
Conduct CI workshops (Kaizen, Lean/Six Sigma, RCA, FMEA) with business teams.
Build partnerships with local and onshore stakeholders.
Use CI tools to document 'as-is' and design 'to-be' processes when needed.
Coach and mentor teams; review ongoing customer needs.
