Job summary

Cullerton Group is seeking an experienced Consultant Operations & Success Coordinator to own the consultant experience from offer to onboarding, ongoing assignment support, extensions and offboarding.

Based in the Philippines, the role supports consultants working with major US companies and requires professional communication with US managers and MSP/VMSP contacts. This is a full-time on-site position with a monthly salary range and standard onboarding duties.

Qualifications

3+ years in US staffing operations or onboarding-related roles.
US staffing industry experience required.
VMS/MSP experience required.
Experience managing employee/onboarding processes.
Experience communicating with US customers or corporate managers.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong organization and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple onboarding, compliance and employee matters.

Responsibilities

Own consultant onboarding from accepted offer through start.
Coordinate background checks and drug screenings.
Ensure consultants are fully cleared before start date.
Manage onboarding documentation and I-9/employment eligibility.
Maintain consultant records in Bullhorn and be primary contact for active consultants.
Coordinate onboarding and assignment administration in VMS/MSP platforms.
Schedule performance-review meetings with customer managers and document feedback.
Coordinate immigration-related matters with attorneys and consultants.
