Job summary
Outsource Recruiter in the Philippines is seeking a Contractor Success Specialist to oversee onboarding, performance management, coaching, engagement initiatives, contractor support, and accountability measures. This role acts as the main contact between clients and offshore contractors to ensure strong utilization and productivity.
You will monitor utilization, attendance, and engagement, conduct coaching conversations, and help develop performance improvement plans when needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in HR Generalist/contractor success roles.
- Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or talent agencies.
- Proven coaching and performance-management capabilities.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience supporting remote teams with accountability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between clients and offshore contractors.
- Oversee onboarding, 30-60-90 day planning, and software setup guidance.
- Monitor utilization, attendance, productivity, and engagement.
- Implement accountability measures and address concerns promptly.
- Lead coaching conversations and performance improvement plans.
- Provide ongoing contractor support to maintain productivity and engagement.
- Prepare monthly client reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Maintain contractor records in company systems.
