Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of client relationship management experience.
• 2+ years of call/contact center management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Charts & Graphs, Formulas.
• Experience with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: Deliver quality through best practices, as required to optimize the client experience.
• Account Growth: Coordinate opportunities for account expansion in conjunction with the Senior Directors, to ensure long -term partnerships.
• Client Reporting and Analysis: Analyze client reports and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance, escalating gaps as needed.
• Case Management and Documentation: Identify issues and requests, submitting cases in Jira and/or Salesforce. Document and update standard operating procedures to ensure business continuity.
• Cross -Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across the organization to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Additionally, you may be required to perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
