VTSA International Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales professional for the construction industry, based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

You will develop new business, expand market presence, and drive growth by building strategic relationships with contractors, project managers, and decision-makers across the assigned territory. You will identify prospects, deliver tailored solutions, present products, negotiate terms, and close high-value sales to meet targets.

Qualificações

• Experience driving new business opportunities in a professional sales environment.
• Proven ability to identify prospects, qualify leads and close deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales tooling to manage pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prospect new opportunities within the construction industry across your assigned territory
• Develop and maintain relationships with construction companies, contractors, project managers and key decision-makers
• Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions addressing client requirements
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet targets and quotas
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline in CRM
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer service to ensure seamless delivery
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and market insights to senior management
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking functions to generate leads
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats you can act on
