Job summary

VTSA INTERNATIONAL INC. in Pasig City, Metro Manila, is seeking an Area Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team in a full-time capacity. You will manage and develop sales opportunities within the assigned territory, build strong client relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

The role requires a proven sales track record, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office. Travel within the territory and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a sales role, preferably account management or territory management.
• Strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation through deal closure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales or a related field.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned sales territory
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations to clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales transactions while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends and competitive activities within the territory
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations and customer service to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions and pipeline developments using CRM systems
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
