Job summary

VTSA International Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer (Construction) in Cebu to drive sales growth and expand market presence in the construction sector.

This full-time position emphasizes new client acquisition, relationship-building, and promotional activities for construction products and services. You will lead sales initiatives, deliver compelling presentations, and collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns while traveling to meet clients and attend industry

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or sales and marketing within construction or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction products, materials, or services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of the Cebu construction market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and acquire new clients in construction.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients for satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and materials.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
• Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM.
• Participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility.
• Report on sales performance and progress to management.
