Job summary

VTSA INTERNATIONAL INC. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Davao. You will drive sales growth across the assigned territory and build strong relationships with clients to expand our market presence.

Responsibilities include prospecting new opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, presenting products, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Travel within the region is required to support customers and close deals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in account/territory sales or relationship management.
• Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the territory.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present value propositions.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements aligned with policy.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment and satisfaction.
