Qualifications

• Experience in sales or sales and marketing within construction or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction products, materials, or services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of the Cebu construction market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and acquire new clients in construction.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our sales growth and market presence within the construction sector. As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our construction products and services to both existing and prospective customers. This role is integral to achieving our sales targets and establishing VTSA International Inc. as a leading player in the construction industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and acquire new clients within the construction industry

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and inform marketing initiatives

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for construction products and services

• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to clients and prospects

• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems

• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility

• Report on sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management on progress against targets

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales or sales and marketing roles, preferably within the construction or related industry

• Strong understanding of construction products, materials, and services, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn technical information

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently

• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset

• Knowledge of the local construction market in Cebu and the surrounding regions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to meet clients

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred

• Certification in sales, marketing, or construction-related fields is advantageous
