• Ensure timely follow-up to maximize satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track sales activities, pipeline status and revenue forecasts via CRM.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
