Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed revenue targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and client engagement.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing and handover to client.
• Strengthen relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and building owners.
