Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales professional in the Philippines to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and work with the technical team to deliver tailored product solutions. You will assist in bids and negotiations while attending industry events to expand your network.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related courses.
• Minimum 6 months of selling experience of building products or construction materials.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving.
• Ideally holds a valid driver's license and is capable of operating either motorcycle or four-wheeled vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the technical team to provide product information, recommendations, and customized solutions.
• Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to monitor market trends and expand professional networks.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Submit regular sales progress reports and updates to management.
