DwightSteel Building Systems Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales professional in the Philippines to develop and implement sales strategies, conduct fieldwork, and generate high-quality leads.

You will visit current and prospective clients, handle inquiries, and prepare proposals and quotes to close deals. The role emphasizes strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a driver’s license and ability to operate a motorcycle or vehicle preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related course.
• With or without sales experience in manufacturing is encouraged to apply
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills
• Strong communicator, both verbal and written
• Excellent presentation skills
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving
• Preferably possesses a valid driver's license and is able to operate a motorcycle or four-wheeled vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Developing sales strategies and setting up goals.
• Conduct fieldwork to boost sales through selling activities and visits to both current and prospective client.
• Generating high-quality sales leads and following up with clients via phone or in person after initial contact.
• Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
• Preparing of proposals and quotes.
