You will develop strategies, generate qualified prospects, and manage client communications from initial outreach to proposal stage. The role emphasizes strong negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with priority given to candidates holding a degree in Sales, Engineering, or related fields and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Sales, Engineering or related fields.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in building products or construction materials.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving.
• Ideally holds a valid driver's license and can operate motorcycles and cars.

Responsibilities

• Formulate effective sales strategies and set clear performance targets.
• Conduct on-site sales activities and client visits to drive revenue with existing and potential customers.
• Produce qualified sales prospects and maintain client engagement via calls or face-to-face meetings after initial outreach.
• Manage and address client queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and compile proposals and quotations for clients.
