Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a driven salesperson in the Philippines (Laguna/Calamba area) to drive revenue and grow the customer base in building products.

You will craft sales plans, visit sites, and convert prospects with compelling proposals, while providing excellent service and addressing client needs. The role emphasizes on-site activities, relationship-building, and timely communication to close deals, with a compensation package featuring commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related courses.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in building products or construction materials.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving.
• Ideally holds a valid driver's license and can operate motorcycles and passenger vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Formulate effective sales strategies and establish clear performance targets.
• Perform on-site sales activities and client visits to drive revenue growth with existing and potential customers.
• Produce qualified sales prospects and maintain client engagement through calls or face-to-face meetings after initial outreach.
• Manage and address client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and compile proposals and quotations for clients.
