Job summary

Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a driven Sales professional in the Philippines to identify and pursue new opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and coordinate with the technical team to offer tailored solutions.

You will assist in bids and contracts, attend industry events, and help execute growth strategies. The role offers a highly competitive compensation package, commission, transportation allowance, and performance bonus, with career advancement opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Engineering or business-related fields.
Minimum 6 months selling experience in building products or construction materials.
Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Prefers valid driver’s license and ability to operate motorcycle or car.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate technical solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide product information, recommendations, and customized solutions.
Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
Attend industry events and trade shows to monitor market trends and expand professional networks.
Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Submit regular sales progress reports and updates to management.
