Job summary

Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc. in Tacloban is seeking a proactive Sales Professional to identify opportunities, understand client needs, and propose technical solutions that fit their requirements.

You will build strong client relationships, coordinate with the technical team for product information, assist in bids and negotiations, and participate in industry events to expand the network and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Engineering or related business field.
• Minimum 6 months selling experience in building products or construction materials.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ideally holds a valid driver's license and can operate motorcycle or car.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure excellent service.
• Collaborate with the technical team to provide product information and customized offerings.
• Assist in preparing bids, proposals and contract negotiations to secure new business.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to monitor trends and expand networks.
• Support development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Submit regular sales progress reports to management.
