Job summary

Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a dynamic sales professional in the Philippines to identify and develop opportunities in building products.

You will understand customer needs and offer technical solutions, while building strong client relationships for exceptional service. Collaborate with the technical team to provide product information and customized solutions, assist in bids and contracts, and participate in industry events to grow revenue and networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or related business courses.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in building products or construction materials.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving.
• Ideally holds a valid driver's license for motorcycle and car operation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure service and satisfaction.
• Work with the technical team to provide product information, recommendations, and customized solutions.
• Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to monitor market trends and expand networks.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Submit regular sales progress reports and updates to management.
