Qualifications

• Familiar with permits and regulatory requirements (ECC, LLDA).
• Experience with project monitoring tools like Smartsheet is an advantage.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Project Based for 12 months

JOB SUMMARY:

• Assist in managing the construction of housing units, amenities, and land development projects to ensure completion within schedule, contract cost, quality, and safety standards.

• Conduct pre-construction activities, including site verification, permit requirements, plan and specification review, pre-bid activities, and pre-construction meetings.

• Monitor daily construction activities to ensure workmanship, materials, and construction methods comply with approved plans, specifications, and contract requirements.

• Monitor Owner Supplied Materials (OSM) inventory and deliveries and ensure proper documentation and coordination with Supply Chain Management.

• Prepare and monitor weekly accomplishment reports, progress updates, certificates of payment, and contractor billings.

• Evaluate completed construction milestones and ensure accurate processing of 100% billings, payments, and retention requirements.

• Conduct and witness required material testing and technical tests for housing, amenities, and land development works.

• Coordinate with contractors, survey teams, Supply Chain Management, LGUs, and other stakeholders to resolve construction issues and maintain project progress.

• Conduct post-construction inspections, including checking as-built plans, preparing snag lists, and monitoring completion of corrective works prior to turnover.

• Prepare required completion, turnover, project documentation, and budgetary cost estimates.

• Assist PAG-IBIG, banks, and financing institutions during property inspections and provide necessary technical information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.

• With relevant experience in construction management, site supervision, residential construction, land development, or project engineering.

• Knowledgeable in residential construction, land development, construction methods, plans, specifications, and quality standards.

• Experience in monitoring contractors, construction progress, materials, workmanship, and project costs.

• Knowledge of construction testing and inspection, including concrete/material testing, electrical testing, plumbing tests, and land development testing, is an advantage.

• Familiar with building permits, development permits, ECC, LLDA requirements, and other project regulatory requirements.

• Experience with project monitoring and reporting tools such as Smartsheet is an advantage.

• Strong site supervision, coordination, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with contractors, LGUs, residents, and other project stakeholders.

• Willing to work site-based and be assigned to Muntinlupa City or Mandaluyong/EDSA, depending on project requirements.
