Share Pro Inc. is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to support its construction projects as a site-based Project Engineer. You will supervise multiple sites, review plans, and coordinate with management, CAD, supply chain, and contractors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
The role requires a bachelor's in civil engineering, a professional license, and hands-on experience in mid-rise construction. Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, or Smartsheet is preferred, and willingness to

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Project-Based – 12 Months
Assist the Construction Management Projects Head in implementing construction projects in terms of time, cost, scope, quality, and safety.
Monitor approved construction schedules, project costs, and procurement of Owner Supplied Materials (OSM) and contractors/suppliers.
Review construction plans, technical specifications, contracts, and design documents to ensure proper project implementation.
Coordinate with Construction Management, CAD, Supply Chain, contractors, and suppliers to support timely project delivery.
Conduct site walkthroughs, monitor construction quality, identify project issues, and recommend timely corrective actions.
Provide technical leadership and take responsibility for the on-site implementation of assigned projects.
Assist in developing and improving construction management policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Licensed Civil Engineer with a valid professional license.
With relevant experience in construction site supervision, project engineering, or construction management.
Experience in mid-rise building construction is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in construction scheduling, cost monitoring, scope management, quality control, and project coordination.
Able to interpret construction plans, technical specifications, contracts, and other project documents.
Familiarity with project monitoring tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar applications.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, reporting, and site leadership skills.
Willing to be assigned to multiple project locations within the region.
