OFFICE LOCATION: Naga, Camarines Sur
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Project-Based – 12 Months
Assist the Project/Construction Manager in the implementation of construction management activities covering time, cost, scope, quality, and safety.
Monitor the approved construction schedule and coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
Review construction plans, technical specifications, contracts, and design documents to support proper project implementation.
Monitor project costs, minimize change orders, and identify opportunities for value engineering.
Coordinate the procurement and timely delivery of Owner Supplied Materials (OSM) and onboarding of contractors and suppliers.
Conduct site meetings, walkthroughs, and progress monitoring to ensure construction quality and timely resolution of project issues.
Provide technical leadership at the project site and take responsibility for the implementation of assigned construction activities.
Assist in developing and improving policies and procedures for efficient construction management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Licensed Civil Engineer with a valid professional license.
With relevant experience in construction management, site supervision, or project engineering.
Experience in mid-rise construction is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in construction scheduling, cost monitoring, scope management, quality control, and project implementation.
Able to interpret construction plans, technical specifications, contracts, and other project documents.
Proficient in or familiar with construction management and project monitoring tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar applications.
Strong technical, analytical, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Able to identify and elevate project issues for timely resolution.
Willing to work Monday–Saturday and be assigned to a project site.
Willing to be assigned to multiple project locations within the region.
Can drive is an advantage.
