Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building equipment and facilities.

• Track equipment performance, downtime, inventory, and maintenance reports.
• Manage engineering concerns including construction, tenant fit-out, testing, and plan reviews.

FILINVEST COMPANY: Pro-Excel Property Managers Inc. (PPMI) WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday–Saturday | 8:00 AM–4:20 PM May require shifting schedules depending on project requirements OFFICE LOCATION: 8 Spatial Davao EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Probationary

JOB SUMMARY:

• Oversee the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure reliable operation of building equipment and facilities.

• Conduct regular inspections and monitor building equipment, facilities, safety, and security to maintain efficient property operations.

• Supervise and evaluate multi-skilled technicians and third-party contractors and monitor maintenance activities and service providers.

• Monitor equipment performance, downtime, engineering inventory, maintenance reports, and technical requirements of the property.

• Oversee engineering and technical concerns, including construction, renovation, tenant fit-out, testing and commissioning, and technical plan reviews.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with safety programs, statutory and regulatory requirements, permits, licenses, and environmental reports.

• Monitor common-area utility consumption and implement energy conservation and cost-saving measures.

• Handle technical concerns of residents and tenants and coordinate with contractors and service providers for appropriate resolutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Licensed Engineer is preferred.

• With relevant experience in property management, building operations, facilities management, construction, or maintenance.

• Knowledgeable in building equipment, preventive maintenance, construction, and maintenance practices.

• With experience in technical design and installation, building maintenance, and equipment operations.

• Experience supervising multi-skilled technicians, contractors, and service providers is an advantage.

• Knowledge of fire protection systems, including Fire Pumps, Jockey Pumps, FDAS, and Fire Alarm Control Panels.

• Familiar with tenant fit-out, renovation, technical plan review, testing and commissioning, and construction guidelines.

• Knowledge of government permits, statutory requirements, and environmental compliance is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure monitoring.

• Strong customer service, negotiation, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good written and oral communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willing to work Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with possible shifting schedules depending on project requirements.

• Willing to be assigned to a project site.
