Job summary

SharePro, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer/architect to manage pre-construction through post-construction activities for housing and land development projects in Rizal. The role requires site inspections, coordination with permits, contractors, and LGUs, and oversight of materials, costs, and milestones.

The ideal candidate will hold a CE or Architect license with 2–3 years of residential subdivision experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and construction management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (CE) or Licensed Architect.
• 2–3 years of experience in residential subdivision projects (horizontal).
• Proficient in construction project management tools (e.g. AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities for housing and land development projects.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and compliance with approved plans.
• Coordinate permits, contractors, suppliers, LGUs, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor materials, project costs, milestones, and contractor deliverables.
• Prepare progress reports, payment certificates, completion documents, and other project reports.
• Conduct and witness required construction and material testing to ensure quality and functionality.
• Review as-built plans, snag lists, and turnover requirements before project completion.
• Provide technical support during inspections, project turnover, and other construction-related activities.
