Job summary

Share Pro, Inc. is looking for a licensed Civil Engineer to lead construction management activities on Alabang, Muntinlupa. The role is project-based for 12 months and involves coordinating CM, CAD and SCM to keep procurement on schedule.

You will monitor scope, cost, and quality while driving value engineering and policy improvements to ensure successful project delivery on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer required.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience on hotel projects (repair or renovation).

Responsibilities

• Assist CM Projects Head in implementing CM activities.
• Assist CM Projects Head in implementing the approved construction schedule.
• Coordinate with external CM, CAD and SCM for procurement on schedule.
• Monitor project budget/cost and seek value engineering opportunities.
• Attend meetings, site walks, and prepare reports and presentations to monitor quality.
• Support scope management based on design plans and contract documents.
• Technically lead project implementation and assume site responsibility.
• Assist in development and improvement of CM policies and procedures.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:PROJECT BASED (12 MONTHS)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist Construction Management Projects Head in the implementation of Construction Management activities
• Assist the Construction Management Projects Head in the implementation of the Approved Construction Schedule.
• Coordinates with External CM, CAD and SCM to ensure that the Procurement of OSM & Contractors is on schedule.
• Assist the Construction Management Projects Head in monitoring and implementing the project within the approved Construction Budget/Cost by minimizing change orders and reviewing plans for possible value engineering.
• Assist the Construction Management Projects Head in monitoring quality by attending meetings/walkthrough, reports and presentations.
• Assist the Construction Management Projects Head in Scope Management based on Design (Plans, Technical Specifications, etc.) and Contract Documents.
• Technically lead the project implementation and take the full responsibility at site.
• Assist Construction Management Projects Head in development and improvement of policies and procedures.
• Assist the Construction Management Projects Head in the development and improvement of policies and procedures that lead to effective/efficient implementation of construction management for projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience of handling hotel projects under either repair or renovation.
