Job summary

Share Pro Inc. is hiring a Civil/Construction Engineer to inspect units, prepare scopes of work, and supervise repair/construction activities in Cebu.

The role covers coordination of materials, contractors, and daily work to meet quality and timeline requirements under a 6-month project-based employment. The candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree, be licensed (preferred), and bring experience in construction, site supervision, cost estimation, and project reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, repair, renovation, project engineering or site supervision.
• Able to interpret plans and specifications and prepare scopes of work and cost estimates.
• Familiar with project monitoring and reporting tools such as Smartsheet is an advantage.
• Strong site supervision, coordination, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:48 PM
OFFICE LOCATION: Cebu
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Project-Based for 6 Months

JOB SUMMARY:

• Inspect and evaluate units for repair and turnover, including sold, unsold, HDMF, NHMFC, and post-move-in requests.

• Prepare scope of works, quantity take-offs, and budgetary costing based on inspections, plans, and specifications.

• Supervise repair and construction activities to ensure compliance with FLI standards, plans, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Coordinate materials, contractors, manpower, equipment, and daily work activities for assigned projects.

• Monitor work progress and ensure all repair works are completed with good workmanship and within the required timeframe.

• Prepare and maintain accomplishment reports, certificates of completion, work status reports, attendance, manpower, materials, and site records.

• Validate and process contractor billing requests and ensure timely liquidation of cash advances and petty cash replenishment, when applicable.

• Monitor material usage, turnover of replaced items, housekeeping, and overall cleanliness of work areas.

• Assist in renovation and special projects, including inspection, implementation, billing, and documentation.

• Research and recommend new construction materials and cost-effective solutions, including material testing and application.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.

• With relevant experience in construction, repair, renovation, project engineering, or site supervision.

• Knowledgeable in construction methods, repair works, quantity take-off, costing, and project implementation.

• Experience in supervising contractors, workers, materials, manpower, and site activities.

• Able to interpret plans and specifications and prepare scopes of work and cost estimates.

• Familiar with project monitoring and reporting tools, such as Smartsheet, is an advantage.

• Strong site supervision, coordination, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to monitor project quality, workmanship, cost, and timeline.

• Willing to be assigned to FLI EDSA, Vector, Visayas, or Mindanao depending on project requirements.

• Willing to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:48 PM.
