Job summary

H.S. POW Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a timekeeper to support payroll and attendance processes. You will review timesheets, compute hours, and post to payroll, while spot-checking workers on site to verify attendance and accuracy.

You may assist in distributing IDs, authorizing overtime, and preparing clearances, while helping with personnel regulations, transfers, and leave processing. You will also observe project safety rules and perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Reviews timesheets and time cards for completeness.
• Computes total time worked by employees, check accuracy and post to payroll.
• Spot checks and locates workers on jobs at various times to verify attendance of workers.
• May be required to handle personnel functions such as assisting in distribution of identification card, overtime authorization and preparation of clearances.
• Assist processing of personnel regulations and other employment documents, transfer, employee leave of absences and assisting of applicants.
• Observes company safety and project rules.
• Perform other duties as required.
