Job summary

JBW FloorCenter, Inc. is seeking a motivated B2B Field Sales Executive in Pasay to drive new business and nurture long-term client relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and builders.

You will present tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets by engaging decision-makers across the construction sector. The role requires face-to-face client meetings, a willingness to travel within the territory, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of B2B field sales experience.
• Experience selling to construction/building industry is highly preferred.
• Existing network of architects, engineers, contractors, developers, builders, or project owners is advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field visits.
• Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and recommend products and solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, developers, contractors, builders, and construction firms.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and business proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts with upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify revenue opportunities.
• Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
